Function / Properties
Long-lasting anti-dandruff active and scalp microbiota modulator, sourced from anti-bacterial/anti-inflammatory saponins (Jujuboside A and C) in Ziziphus joazeiro bark, traditionally used as anti-dandruff & hair cleanser. In vivo (shampoo, 1%): -59% to -86% anti-dandruff and -54%/-83% anti-itching after 2 and 4 washes; rebalances bacteriobiota (C. acnes/S. epidermidis ratio +31%) and mycobiota (M. restricta/M. globosa ratio -46%) towards a healthy scalp; compares well with Zinc Pyrithione 1% for long-lasting anti-dandruff efficacy, with better long-lasting sebum control.

Usage & Form
